Hi everyone, Keil, Katelyn, Meredith and I are safe and are staying with family in Florida. My mom, dad and Carla had to evacuate from Woldenberg after the storm passed. They had a very difficult and arduous journey to Houston. My dad survived the trip but passed away shortly after they reached their destination. He died at 6:30 AM on Saturday, September 3rd. Obviously my heart is very burdened but God was working mightily in all of this and I do get a great deal of comfort in knowing that He is Soverign. We hope that all of you are doing well and our prayers are with you. We hope to see everyone very soon.

Dear Debra, Keil, Katelyn, & Meredith: We were saddened to hear about father and grandfather passing away. We will be praying that the Lord will give you His peace during your time of grief. Jesus is our great High Priest and is "touched with the feelings of our infirmities". He wept at the grave of Lazarus and is right now with you and providing your comfort. Could you please get me Carolyn's number so I can talk and pray with her on the phone and offer our Christian sympathy? We wish we could be with you and give you all a hug and Lord willing that will be possible sooner than later. Our love to all, Pastor Brad & Julie

Debra ... just wanted to let you know that I, too, am praying for you and your family ... Carla and your mom too! Miss you ... nurseries at other churches just aren't the same as ours!! We've done our best to keep Sam and Zach in the same one as Sam seems quite attached to his little brother ... you won't recognize Zach -- he's still growing more and more rolls!
